Maurice Bowen joined the Tracker Marine Group as Vice President of Marketing in January of 2001. Bowen came to TMG from a sales and marketing career in the automobile industry.

After twelve years with Ford Motor Company, joined the start-up marketing department at Hyundai Motor America. Huw Bower, Brunswick Boat Group
Huw Bower joined Brunswick in 2006 and became president of Boston Whaler in 2013 where he was responsible for managing the Boston Whaler, Brunswick Commercial & Government Products, Rayglass and Brunswick’s European boat brands. Larry Meddock has been in the Water Sports Industry for over 40 years. He began his career in San Diego as the product manager for Cut’N Jump Water Skies, then went onto a brief stay in the motion picture industry as the technical director for a Walt Disney movie. From there Larry had a successful career at Correct Craft for 26 years concluding as Vice President.

After Larry’s retirement in 2004, he became the Executive Director of the Water Sports Industry Association. Through WSIA he became a member of The National Boating Safety Advisory Council. The WSIA formed the Water Sports Foundation in 2004, the educational arm of the WSIA. Larry is also a member of UL’s STP Committee on Life Jackets. The WSIA is an active member of NSBC and NASBLA. The WSIA produces three trade shows per year, one in Orlando Florida as part of Surf Expo, the Parasail Operators Symposium in St. Petersburg and The WSIA Summit. Larry enjoys building and flying RC airplanes and helicopters, playing tennis and riding his Harley in his off hours.

John Pfeifer is the President of Mercury Marine, based in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Mercury Marine, as part of the Brunswick Corporation, is the world’s leading manufacturer of marine propulsion systems.

Pfeifer joined Brunswick in 2006 as president of the Brunswick Asia Pacific Group, and in 2008 was appointed president of Brunswick Marine in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). In those roles, Pfeifer streamlined the Company's global marine businesses to drive enhanced levels of customer service and improved overall operating capability. 
In 2012, Pfeifer was appointed vice president - global operations for Mercury Marine. In that position, he was responsible for all of Mercury's global operations, which combined material supply with manufacturing and distribution to enable a more streamlined and effective operations group. During his tenure, Mercury executed a multi-year manufacturing capacity expansion to better position the operation for growth and profitability. 

Prior to joining Brunswick, Pfeifer most recently held executive positions with ITT Corporation and Milacron, Inc. He earned both a Bachelor of Arts in economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese language and culture at the University of Michigan.

Bill Yeargin has served in the marine industry for over twenty-five years and has been the president and CEO of Correct Craft for nearly ten years. Correct Craft’s subsidiaries include Nautique Boats, Centurion Boats, Supreme Boats, Bass Cat Boats, Yar-Craft Boats, Sea Ark Boats, Pleasurecraft Engine Group and Aktion Parks. During the past ten years the company has won all of the industry’s major awards including Manufacturer of the Year, Boat of the Year, Most Innovative Product, and many others. The company was also named Florida’s Manufacturer of the Year (out of 18,000 manufacturers in the state).

A passionate lifelong learner, Bill has both a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and an MBA and is a Certified Public Accountant. Bill has also studied international business at both Harvard Business School and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), has completed Lean Six Sigma programs through Villanova University, is Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certified, DISC certified, and (just for fun) is a Certified Personal Trainer. He has served on numerous for profit and non-profit boards and is currently a member of the Manufacturing Council, a group of business leaders who advise the U.S. Secretary of Commerce.

He has received many of the marine industry’s most prestigious awards and was presented the Governor’s Ambassador Award by the Governor of Florida. Bill is also a prolific writer who has been published over two hundred times and authored two books. He has traveled around the world as a popular speaker at numerous management conferences.
